Dear all,
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the Amendments to the Law on Financial Discipline:
- The stage where the authorized applicants are required to submit a Notification (Form MF / PRO) for exceeding the legal deadlines for payment is changing.
- Duty has been prescribed on the Minister of Finance for adopting a bylaw that prescribes the form and content of notification MF / PRO.
The form and content of the notification (Form MF / PRO) is regulated by the Rulebook on the form and content of the notice.
