ProCredit Bank opened a regional center for training employees

ProCredit Bank officially opened a new Regional Training Center, located in Prevale, Kosovo and will be targeted for training of employees of all banks in the group.

Regional training center will provide advanced training courses and deepening of professional knowledge of employees in the ProCredit banks in the region. Training for employees will be tailored to their area of ​​work in order to improve their analytical and interpersonal skills. In addition to this training center will be implemented and ProCredit Entry Programme, which is training for potential employees in all ProCredit banks in the region and continues to be centralized only in English. ProCredit Bank, and corporate, is investing about 12 million euros annually in training and development of its employees.

However, we can not achieve any of those goals without a team of motivated, dedicated and well-trained employees. Therefore, constant investment in training and development of our employees to us is of particular importance. We believe that the choice of Kosovo as a location for regional training center further demonstrates the commitment of ProCredit Group on improving the education, development of the banking sector and promoting economic development in the country. D. Borislav Kostadinov, member of the Management Board of ProCredit Group, said: “The new training center in Preval, Prizren, shows that we are serious when it comes to providing a stimulating environment for all our staff in which they can further develop their skills and learn from each other. “

The official opening was attended by Finance Minister R.Kosovo and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo which stressed the importance of the Regional Training Centre in terms of better quality of bank staff on the market in Europe, and the German Ambassador in R.Kosovo NOT Ms. Angelika Viets emphasized: “we are proud to say that ProCredit Bank is a German bank with German capital and standards.”

As Central Administration of ProCredit Bank Macedonia and regional training center is built according to the highest standards of environmental protection. The center has made investments in advanced thermal insulation, photovoltaic system for power generation, solar water heating system and facilities for heating using wood pellets. The facility is located on 3.300 m² floor space, with 32 rooms and 4 classrooms, and recreational areas outdoors and indoors.
