Forum for local economic development of Ilinden Municipality held a meeting in the House of Culture “Ilinden”. in front of businessmen from the municipality of Ilinden, government institutions, NGOs and representatives of local government, its address was Mayor of Ilinden, Zika Stojanovski, and implemented action steps and activities of the Strategic Plan for Local Economic Development of the Municipality of Ilinden elaborated Dejan Bogdanovski- Head of the Department of idling and Public Affairs
The panel discussion was a presentation Aleksandar Zarkov, Managing Director of Macedonian Chambers of Commerce (MCC), who noted that the satisfaction is great that many of successful companies from the municipality of Ilinden members of Macedonian Chambers of Commerce is the largest independent business organization in the country that promotes and represents the business interests of more than 20,000 member companies and connects with more than 1,000 national, regional and international institutions and organizations. The mission of the MCC is to increase the competitiveness of companies and organizations members, promote Macedonian business environment and increase sales of products to its members in the global market.
The forum, among others, will be considered implemented action steps and activities of the Strategic Plan for Local Economic Development of the Municipality of Ilinden, and is also provided for an open discussion on opportunities for improving investment conditions, in terms of creating quality living conditions, operation and improvement of living standards.
Forum for Local Economic Development was formed in 2005, after which he was made the first Strategic Plan for Local Economic Development of the Municipality of Ilinden 2006-2011. The participation of representatives of the business community, government institutions, NGOs and representatives of local government, contributing to sustainable economic and social development of the Municipality of Ilinden.
